In Fall 2012 we negotiated the creation of a "Joint Committee" that would consist of both TSSU and employer members that would continue to work towards resolving member issues that were not solved in the new 2010-2014 Collective Agreement. (MOU of this creation found HERE).

Although this joint committee had the power to come to actual decisions and get them out of the way before bargaining began again (and our side was quite anxious to shorten the next bargaining round) - no new language was accepted in eight months of meetings.
