(Vancouver Session details to come...)

Please join us in an evening of frizzy drinks, yummy snacks, and meeting the Contract Committee that represents us at the bargaining table with the University!!

The Contract Committee are the folks that we elected to negotiate with the University during bargaining. Every few years we bargain a binding Collective Agreement that sets out rights to access work, wages, benefits and more. However, they won't win anything at the table without all of us working and standing together.

Our childcare fund, MSP coverage, centralized job posting, sessional seniority, grad student TA priority, and ELC/ITP pro-D and seniority, etc. were won through our collective effort in the past!

Bargaining for the new contract has started on April 3 and there will be another session on April 11. All members are welcome to attend bargaining sessions.

Over drinks and snacks, we will hear about what we are pushing for this time around, the latest updates on the first two bargaining sessions as well as meeting the members of Contract Committee, and learn how we can all get involved to get ourselves a kick ass contract!

All TSSU Members & friends Are Welcome! ♥
