This July, TSSU will be hosting a series of workshops entitled Designing our Demands. These will be weekly design thinking workshops to offer detailed info on our collective bargaining process, the proposals we have presented to our employer, and how we can communicate what we are fighting for.

Design thinking is a creative problem solving process that helps to bring in the collective imagination, knowledge, and energy of the people in the room. A facilitated session, these workshops will each be on a separate topic where you can ask questions, learn about design principles, and help us strategize on how we can create engaging and clear communication around what we are fighting for!

These sessions are open to all TSSU members -- the more the merrier! Don't know what bargaining is? New to the TSSU? Interested in what your union is working on (and how our employer is responding)? Talented at creating materials? Come join us!
