On Friday Sept 12th, TSSU joined SFU's Education students to show our solidarity with the BCTF Teachers in their effort and sacrifice to make BC classrooms better, negotiate honestly, and stand up to governmental bullying and illegal actions (twice found illegal by the BC Supreme Court). 

We gathered and made signs in the Saywell Atrium at 10am

Marched over to University Highlands Elementary School (across from Nesters Market on BBY campus).

... and marched, chanted, and was even interviewed by CBC.

Here's to hoping a timely and most importantly reasonable and fair end to this dispute.
