Mandatory Workload Review

It's week 10 of this semester so that means that everyone should have had their mandatory Workload Review by now!

The workload review is a simple process in which your course supervisor touches base with you to see if you think you may have any problems with staying under the max number in your contract (aka 4.17 base unit contract means 169 hours worked total during the semester). This can be done in person, through email, phoning or any other way you like to communicate. Then your course supervisor fills out a simple half page form and turns it into the department (which should only take a few minutes total).

In order to be prepared to answer her/him make sure to have you hours tallied up. If you haven't had a review yet or have any questions let us know by emailing tssu (at) tssu.ca or calling us at 778-782-4735 - you are not alone and we're trying to determine which departments may be having some misunderstandings on the matter.
