TA/TM Professional Development Day is this Friday 8:30am - 4pm on Burnaby Campus

Did you know that the existence of the free TA/TM Professional Development Day was successfully bargained for by the TSSU?

TA/TM Day is a professional development day that provides tools and training to all TAs and TMs at SFU free of charge (for schedule and more information:  http://www.sfu.ca/tlc/programming/tatmday/spring.html). Afterwards at 4:30pm the TSSU and GSS host a social at The Highland Pub as a fun opportunity to not only meet other union members but grad students from other departments while enjoying free burgers (veggie & meat options) and salads with discounted beers. All grad students welcome!

You can come to as few or as many of the free workshops this January 11th to help hone up on teaching strategies and learn about your rights and benefits.
